Located in Central Kentucky in the beautiful Madison county, Noodle Shack was founded in 2022. Our vision is to expand the local customer's horizons on Asian food by bringing wonderful Vietnamese Fusion variety to the area. We offer a wide selection of Asian dishes, including Pho, BanhMi, Ramen, and more! We strive to bring unique flavors, fresh, daily-made ingredients, and a fun, relaxing environment to our new space by including a ping pong table.
