Founded in 2022, Noodle Shack (by Brady's) is known for revolutionizing the way people eat and enjoy food. We take pride in our ability to discover the most unique flavors and share them in Madison County, Kentucky. Noodle Shack's sister restaurant, Brady's Sushi and Hibachi has been established for 5 years and won the Madison County Best of the Best Asian Restaurant in 2020, 2021, and 2022. Our mission is to bring the same level of quality food and service to Noodle Shack.
